What you'll do:
A locked case has been discovered at the bottom of Copper Canyon, rumored to contain a long-lost Arizona treasure. All teams must solve all five stops before converging at the final location—where the treasure is revealed! The first team to arrive claims bragging rights as champions of the Copper Canyon Caper.
Much like an escape room but outdoors on wheels, Puzzle Rides is an adventure you’ll never forget. You’ll ride through Scottsdale in a golf cart, enjoying the fresh air and scenery while working together to solve creative puzzles and crack codes. Designed especially for larger groups, this ride combines problem-solving, competition, and local history into one unforgettable experience.

Your group will be split into teams of five or fewer. Everyone starts together, but each team quickly heads to different puzzle locations along the route.

How many people can participate?
You can book parties of up to 10 online. Have more than 10? We can accommodate larger groups of up to 25 in Scottsdale – please call us directly at (602)601-2261. Please note groups of 6 or more are split up between multiple carts. With 2 or more carts you will be “dueling”: all carts will have their own identical puzzle kit and race each other to win!
What can we expect when we arrive?
Arrive at our meeting spot AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY and ready to play. Wear comfortable clothing, use the restroom prior to your arrival and have your thinking caps on! BRING YOUR READING GLASSES if you need them! Your Puzzle Master Driver will go over safety rules and expectations. Every rider should have signed the online liability waiver form; if they forget, they will be asked to electronically sign it on the spot.
Are we really riding around in a vehicle?
Yes! You will be riding around on Scottsdale public roads in one of our EZGO S6 golf carts with your PuzzleMaster as driver. Our carts are equipped with seat belts, and are allowed on roads that go under 35mph. We are a licensed livery vehicle in the State of Arizona, and your PuzzleMaster Driver has completed a full background check. PuzzleMasters are experienced golf cart drivers, who will not only transport you throughout the game, but assist you during the game. Prior to game play, your driver will explain all safety rules and emergency procedures to ensure a safe and fun time by all.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Puzzle Rides does not offer direct refunds on any ride, but will issue a store credit good for one year should you have to cancel at any time or if weather causes us to postpone due to safety reasons. Pub Crawls that are canceled or rescheduled less than 7 days before their booking time will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Under no circumstance should sick guests attend a ride. If you call in advance, we will issue you a voucher for a future time and waive a rescheduling fee. If you show up with sick guests, we will cancel your ride and NO REFUND will be given. Vouchers will be issued minus a $100 rescheduling fee. If you would like to purchase Enhanced Refund Protection for an additional cost at check out, please read all of our terms and conditions BEFORE purchasing. Please note that in any refund situation, booking fees and Refund Protection costs are NEVER refundable.
