We came from out of town to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We had never done a luxury picnic before but Gina answered all my questions and was so sweet! We loved the picnic and will definitely be telling all our friends about it.

Absolutely recommend! Gina coordinated everything for us from start to finish including a string duet performance in a gorgeous location for our 7th anniversary. The backdrop in front of the Palace was already breathtaking, but the picnic itself was beautifully decorated and also included a couple of homemade cookies for the Lunar New Year 🥰 (in fact, people strolling by would take pictures and would politely stop to tell us how lovely our set-up was) I talked with quite a few picnic companies before choosing Gina and Waychee due to how easy they made this whole process as well as their attention to detail, and we could not have been happier with our decision!

The team at Our Picnic + Co did an amazing setup for our proposal. It was raining the day before and morning of my event and Gina and Waychee were monitoring the weather and frequently checking in with updates. We ended up moving the proposal to an indoor location. They were so flexible in working out the details in such short notice and I really appreciated that. Their team is the best, me and my fiancée had an unforgettable proposal.

Gina from Our picnic company was amazing. She was able to take a high level vision and concept, and work with me to turn it into a beautiful decoration setup for my proposal to my girlfriend. She spent a lot of 1:1 time to bounce ideas and finalize details with me, and really helped execute the vision to perfection. Great small business and highly recommend for any fancy picnics, proposals, birthday celebrations, etc… in the Bay Area

I booked this experience as a gift for my niece and her husband as a way to spend some quality time together after the birth of their newborn. Our Picnic + Co got back to me super quickly and answered all the questions I had. I even had to reschedule because of my niece’s busy schedule but Gina was flexible with moving dates. She took over coordinating with my niece on a better date and it was much easier with her as the point of contact. My niece sent over pictures after the picnic. It was beautiful and to have the Golden Gate Bridge as the backdrop was amazing. They really enjoyed themselves.

Had such an amazing experience booking with them. Gina & Waychee setup an amazing picnic for my gfs birthday. They texted me the day of and let me know that’s the picnic is setup for us. When we arrived it looked way better than we ever expected; everyone passing by was even smiling 🙂 she had a memorable birthday and highly recommend them!

Had the most magical time for my sisters 30th birthday surprise picnic!! Gina was so amazing and helpful! Her attention to detail is flawless and made for the most special day!! She added cute little customized name tags that were such a lovely touch! Thanks so much for making Katie’s birthday picnic so special!!

Everything for my daughter’s birthday celebration was amazing. Gina and Waychee did a great job coordinating vendors and transforming the space I rented into a beautiful space for my friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They worked so hard and it turned out beautifully. I am recommending them to everyone!
