Do we need any previous sound bath or meditation experience?
Not at all! Our private sound bath experience is beginner-friendly and designed for all experience levels. Your instructor will guide your group through everything you need to know so you can simply relax and enjoy.
What is included with our private sound bath?
We provide yoga mats, bottled water, crystal singing bowls and all sound healing equipment needed for your private group experience.
How long is the experience?
Your private sound bath and guided meditation is approximately 60 minutes.
What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily relax in. If your sound bath is outdoors or on the beach, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing something warm, especially for sunset or evening experiences.
Should we bring blankets or pillows?
Yes! While yoga mats are provided, we highly recommend bringing a blanket, sweatshirt or other warm layer for outdoor sound baths. You are also welcome to bring a pillow, eye mask or anything else that helps you get comfortable.

Where can we have our private sound bath?
Private sound baths are available at select San Diego beaches and parks as well as vacation rentals, Airbnbs, private homes and other approved locations. Outdoor locations may be subject to permits and local regulations.

Yes! We can bring the private sound bath experience to many Airbnbs, vacation rentals and private homes throughout San Diego, provided there is enough space for your group and the property allows the activity.
Can larger groups book a private sound bath?
Yes. We accommodate groups of all sizes, including larger bachelorette parties, corporate wellness groups, retreats and private events. Pricing for groups of 11 or more is available per person.
