Safety
Detroit Rolling Pub takes the highest pride in safety. All of our drivers go through a mandatory two-week training program, and our bikes are put through rigorous testing on a regular basis to ensure they are at peak performance at the time of operation. In addition, we are the only bar bikes in Detroit with seat backs! While these provide a better and more comfortable ride, we chose to include these on our bikes as an extra measure of security and safety for all of our passengers. Lastly, we take the City Of Detroit’s rules and regulations very seriously so please be sure to listen to your driver.
Can I choose my own spots?
Yes! Make as many stops as your group elects on our pre-determined route. Many groups choose the Detroit Rolling Pub pre-selected tour.
How many people can ride?
Downtown Detroit: Minimum 6, Maximum 16 (you bring your own bartender!)
Can I bring my own liquor?
YES! If you bring glass bottles please bring plastic cups to pour your beverage into. We are the only Bar Bike in the Downtown area that allows Liquor!
Ice and drinks to go!?
We have been asked for years if we could get ice and drinks for groups. Being the #1 Party Bike in town we have figured out how to do that! Where we start and finish all our tour’s at Bookies Bar and Grille they will have $3 bag’s of ice for sale along with drinks to go that you can bring on the Rolling Pub.

Where should we park?
We start and finish all tours at Bookies Bar & Grille. We recommend paying to park in one of the secured parking lots near Bookies Bar.

Is there music on the rolling pub? Can we bring our own playlist?
Yes, bring your own device! We have a state-of-the-art outdoor soundbar, so you can be your own DJ or we can choose the music for you.
Eating before or after your ride!
We work with some of the best restaurants as not only our stops but to make sure our riders have the best experience possible when riding! All of our guests will receive 10% any food item at the following restaurants; EXODOS Rooftop Bar and Lounge, Golden Fleece and Eat-N-Out Pizza & Gelato!
What should I bring for my tour?
Our pedal bar tours only include the Rolling Pub, coolers, optional helmets, and your tour guide/driver.
Are there any restricted items?
Yes, we’re sorry to say we don’t allow kegs. You can bring glass but YOU MUST pour into a cup.
Do all riders need to be 21+ years old?
No! We encourage riders of all ages to participate on our tours!

Do all your bikes/pedal bars/pedalers/pedal bars have motors?
Yes they do! All of our bikes do. As the Detroit favorite we go above and beyond to make sure your experience is unforgettable and easy as you want to make it! Only thing we don’t have are Handlebar(s).
Who drives this bad boy?!
We like to think we have the world’s greatest pedal bar drivers, because we really do! All of our drivers have to go through top notch training to make sure they are providing you with the best experience possible! We are proud as a company to hire everybody from College Students, Nurses, Teachers, Vets, Active Duty, Retirees and even local Detroit Firefighters. We strive to provide the best staff possible because we have the best groups around! So, the best deserves the best!
Can I jump on when I see the Rolling Pub rolling by?
Sorry, no. Detroit Rolling Pub is a group event, and nearly all of our pedal bar tours either to capacity, or are a private party for a special occasion.
How much does it cost? When do I pay? How do I pay?
Prices are as listed below (booking fee added at checkout).
What is your refund/reschedule/weather policy?
Once a tour is booked it is non-refundable (no matter what, zero exceptions). If you need to reschedule for any reason, you are able to do so within 48 hours of your tour for a store credit.
Do you combine groups? What's the smallest group you accommodate?
Sorry, we need a minimum of 6 riders in order to move the Rolling Pub. Detroit Rolling Pub cannot combine small groups. We have tried in the past and has proven to be too difficult to accommodate for many reasons.
Should we tip our driver?
Well, that’s up to you, but as we say… “If you enjoyed your ride, then tip your guide!”
Can I book more than 2 hours?
If you are interested in renting our pedal bar for the whole day or multiple days for your special event or outing- shoot us an e-mail and we will give you a special rate.
Waiver?
EVERYBODY IN YOUR GROUP MUST SIGN ONLINE AHEAD OF THE TOUR. Each individual needs to sign this. You will get a confirmation email saying you signed. Please PRE-SIGN ahead of your tour to save time and prevent cutting into your tour time. Each individual will need to show the driver their signed waiver confirmation email.
