Tours range from 3-6 hours long. You will be full of food, drink, history, and fun!

What are the food and drink stops?
Each tour has a different itinerary. Please check the individual tour page details.
How much food should I prepare to eat?
We usually have about four stops for food and drink tastings which equal the portion of a large meal.
Are all food and drinks included in the tour price?
Yes, we provide all food and drink tastes in the tour price. If you desire to have anything beyond our set menu it will be under a separate tab.
How long are the tours?
Tours usually last 3-4 hours, although the Pizza Lovers Tour runs 6 hours.
What is your refund, rescheduling or cancellation policy?
For Public Tours: more than 7 days prior to the event – reschedule, or receive a full refund or receive store credit. 4-7 days prior to the event – reschedule or receive store credit. No refunds offered within 7 full days of an event. Within 72 hours of the event – No refunds or rescheduling (we will not be able to book these spots on such short notice). Private events may offer a variable policy.

Can you accommodate people with food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We will do our best to create a menu for you if we are given enough notice about your food allergy or dietary restriction. We will inform you in a case where we may not be able to accommodate this.
Are the tours rain or shine?
We will hold the tours in most weather so please come prepared. We will reserve the right to cancel tours in the case of extreme weather. If we have your contact info we will try to give you at least 24 hours notice if this happens. In these cases we will work with you to reschedule you on another tour.
Are we allowed to use a camera during the tour?
Yes, we love photos, videos and audio!
Do you offer private group tours?
Yes, please contact Dan at dan@tasteofnewhaven.com about dates, locations and themes. We can help you organize groups anywhere from 10 or more people on tastings, progressive dinners or other food and drink oriented events. This is great for birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events, friends outings and reunions.
