A little of both. It’s movement-based but not fitness-focused—think grounded and empowering. It’s about reconnecting with your body, energy, and emotions in an intuitive and supported way.

What if not everyone in our group is “spiritual”?

Accepted Answer

Totally fine. The practices are grounded, accessible, and welcoming. You can think of it as a mix of breath, grounding, connection, and soulful fun—no beliefs required. While the experience draws from feminine wisdom traditions, it's rooted in nervous system awareness and embodiment—not dogma. It’s practical, soulful, and welcoming to all belief systems.

Will we have to share personal stuff?

Accepted Answer

Sharing is always optional. You’ll be invited into moments of reflection and connection, but never pressured to participate beyond your comfort.

Question 4

I’ve never done anything like this. Is it for me?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed. This space is especially welcoming to women who are new to embodiment or feminine energy work but feel the pull toward something more.

Question 5

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear something you feel comfortable moving and relaxing in—yoga wear, flowy clothes, or anything that helps you feel at ease in your body.

Do we need anything to prepare?

Accepted Answer

We’ll bring what’s needed! Just have a clear space for movement. A water bottle and journal are optional but helpful.

Can this be done outdoors?

Absolutely. If your accommodation has a private outdoor space, we’re happy to hold the session in nature. (Contact us for booking this as a 2 hr. Experience outdoors on Sedonas sacred land)
