This 3-hour tour highlights fascinating local history and has lots of smooth e-bike riding on the famous NC Mountains to Sea Trail. Enjoy authentic tacos from a local hotspot and refreshing craft margaritas at a historic prohibition-style speakeasy bar. What's better than that?

• Itinerary:

  • Meet your experienced guides in the large parking lot in downtown Clayton (348 East Main Street). After a brief safety meeting, we do some quick orientation rides to make sure everyone feels comfortable on the bikes.

  • Once we embark as a group from there, we begin our easy ride to a couple of historic local spots. Shortly after that (about an hour into the tour), we stop for a delicious lunch at a hidden gem authentic Mexican restaurant for tacos. Food is included in the tour for no additional charge.

  • After tacos, we continue on the famous NC Greenway trail for some exhilarating trail riding, with some additional scenic and historic stops along the way. Ultimately circling back and ending where we started, where there is a free margarita waiting for you at a speakeasy-style craft cocktail bar!
