Each event features a custom-built package and menu, tailored to your preferences.
The chef handles all prep work offsite and seamlessly utilizes the client’s kitchen and equipment for final execution.
Clients are responsible for providing tableware, flatware, glassware, and other service items. Rental options are available upon request.
Table setting and beverage service are the client’s responsibility unless service staff is present.
For seated dinners with more than 8 guests, a Captain is recommended to assist with serving and clearing.
Captains, Servers, Bartenders, and Sommeliers are available upon request.
