What is included in the charter price?

The charter price includes the boat rental, a licensed captain, fuel, life jackets, and basic refreshments. Additional services such as special decorations are available for an extra fee.

What are your operating hours?

Accepted Answer

We operate daily from 6am to 8pm, weather permitting. Special arrangements can be made for early morning or late evening charters.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and online payments. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

What should I bring with me on the charter?

We recommend bringing sunscreen (no spray sunscreen please), hats, sunglasses, towels, flip flops, a light jacket, and any personal items you may need. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages, though basic refreshments are provided. Alcohol is BYOB.

Is there a limit to how many people can be on the boat?

For safety and to comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, our tiki boat can accommodate up to 6 passengers on standard crewed charters.

If you have a group of 7–12 guests, you’ll need to book a bareboat charter, where you rent the boat and provide your own USCG-licensed captain. We’re happy to share a list of approved captains familiar with our vessel, or you can bring your own (with advance approval). Just give us a call so we can confirm they meet our qualifications.

Why do I need a bareboat charter for 7–12 people?

Accepted Answer

Per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, we can only carry more than 6 passengers if the trip is a bareboat charter. This allows for up to 12 total guests (including children), provided you take full possession of the boat and select your captain yourself.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but please drink responsibly.

What is a bareboat charter?

A bareboat charter is a boat rental where you take full control of the vessel — meaning you’re responsible for selecting and paying a USCG-licensed captain, bringing your own food, drinks, and supplies, and signing a bareboat charter agreement. We provide the boat, you run the show.

What amenities are available on the boat?

Our boat is equipped with comfortable seating, a sound system, shaded areas, and a large cooler for refreshments.

Is there a restroom on the boat?

There is! We have a small restroom on board for your convenience, though we still recommend emptying the tank prior to your departure.
