Step into your hottest era. In this private 90-minute sexy choreo class at our Brooklyn studio, your crew will learn a fully custom routine choreographed to the music you pick. Think body rolls, slow burns, floor work, and one show-stopping moment built around the bride. Our instructors break down every move so it actually feels doable in heels (or barefoot, sneakers - your call), and the energy stays club-meets-girls-night from start to finish. Come early to change, hype each other up, and snap pre-class pics in our mirrored studio. Add the video upgrade and you'll walk out with the routine recorded and edited like your own music video. Does everyone need dance experience for this?
Not even a little. Our instructors break down every move so it lands whether you're on a dance team or have never taken a class. We scale the choreography to your group's level.
What should we wear?
Anything you can move in. Biker shorts, leggings, something cute and stretchy. Lots of groups go matching for the photos (pink, white, all black). Wear what makes you feel hot.
Can we choose the music?
That's the whole point. Send a playlist or a few song requests at least 48 hours before class and we'll build the choreography around it.
Do you film or photograph the class?
Filming and photography is available as an optional add-on. We can capture the final run-through and edit it into a polished "music video", ready to post; get BTS of the evening for a great montage; or get professional level photography of the evening for you to have and post!
Are bachelor parties or co-ed groups welcome?
Yes - Methodz is for everyone.

Absolutely. Anyone who wants to photograph, hype from the sidelines, or just sip champagne and watch is welcome, zero pressure.

We're in Brooklyn, NY at 4 Evergreen Ave. Close to the Morgan Ave L stop. Bonus: we're steps from some of NYC's best bars and nightlife in Bushwick, making us the perfect bachelorette pre-game.
