About this experience partner:

Helping others discover their inner light is my jam. As a continued lifelong learner of the mind-body-spirit connection, I desire to create space for those feeling disconnected from their authentic Self, who want to find home within.

I began practicing yoga with my dad at a local gym, with no knowledge or understanding of the practice itself. I quickly came to love the quietness yoga instilled in my mind and body, even if for only an hour a week. At 15 I told my parents I was converting to Buddhism because I appreciated the Buddhist mindfulness practice, but really I enjoyed meditating in my room with a lit candle and thought only Buddhists were afforded this luxury of quietness. Over the years I’ve continued my yoga and meditation practices with various teachers along the way. At 32, I decided it was my turn to offer guidance to others on their mindfulness journey.

You have the power and permission to attune and connect inward with loving curiosity, each and every day. My hope is to offer a safe space and loving community for you to do so without judgment from Self or others.
