  • A non-refundable planning retainer is required to secure your date and begin itinerary development

  • Final balance is due prior to delivery of your completed itinerary and vendor coordination documents

  • Due to the time, research, and custom planning involved, all planning fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

• Vendor Bookings

  • Calm n Collected provides curated vendor recommendations and coordination guidance. All final bookings, contracts, and payments are made directly between the client and selected vendors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We are not liable for third-party vendor performance, cancellations, or policy changes.

• Age Requirements

  • Many nightlife venues, bars, clubs, and certain activities require all guests to be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all attendees meet age requirements for selected venues and experiences. We are not responsible for denied entry due to age restrictions or identification issues.

• Travel & Destination Policies

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with all travel requirements, including passports, visas, health regulations, and local laws (especially for international destinations). We provide planning support but do not control travel policies or restrictions.

• Itinerary Adjustments

  • Minor adjustments can be made within a reasonable planning window. Significant changes to location, group size, or event structure after itinerary development may require an additional planning fee.

• Liability

  • Calm n Collected serves as a virtual planning and coordination service. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damages, delays, or unforeseen circumstances occurring during travel or event participation.
