Our standard luxury picnic experience lasts 2 hours. Additional time can be added for an extra fee—just let us know in advance!

Upgrades are available for an additional fee—just let us know your ideas during booking and we’ll build a custom quote.

What happens if it rains?

We’ve got you! You can either move your picnic indoors (please have an indoor backup location arranged) or reschedule with advance notice. Weather calls are made 24–48 hours before the event.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We require at least three weeks’ notice for all bookings. We do not accept last-minute events.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own! We also offer grazing tables and catering options if you’d like us to handle the snacks.
