Our Money Back Guarantee applies only if you complete the tour in full. If Ghost City Tours must cancel a tour for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. We’re happy to reschedule your tour at no cost. If you miss your tour, we’ll issue a raincheck valid in any of our cities. Refunds are not provided for no-shows, early departures, or inability to attend.

Are drinks included on the tour?

Are the ghosts real?

Well, they’re as real as the chills down your spine! We take you to historical haunted sites, so whether or not you encounter a ghost is up to the spirits... and maybe a little bit of luck.

What should I wear?

Comfortable shoes - no one wants to be haunted by sore feet! And dress for the weather; the ghosts don’t mind, but we’d prefer you’re comfortable while hunting for them. A sweater might help you feel a little less “chilly” on those haunted corners.

Are kids allowed?

What if it rains?

Ghosts don’t mind the rain, and neither should you! Our tours go on rain or shine. Just bring an umbrella, and maybe some waterproof ghost-hunting gear—you know, for the added effect.

Will I actually see a ghost?

If you do, we’ll need a selfie. Joking (kind of)! We can’t guarantee a ghostly encounter, but we’ll take you to the most haunted spots in town—so keep your eyes peeled. You never know when a friendly (or not-so-friendly) spirit might show up!

Can I take photos?

Absolutely! We encourage you to snap pics - just be ready for the possibility of a ghostly surprise in your shot (you never know). If something supernatural shows up, we’d love to see it—unless it’s just a blurry photo of your finger.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes! We offer private tours if you want a more personal ghostly experience. Perfect for those who like their ghosts all to themselves. Just make sure to leave some room for the otherworldly guests!

How long is the tour?

It’s two hours of spine-tingling fun, unless the ghosts decide to keep you a little longer. No need to worry - just enough time to get your ghost fix and make it back to the land of the living!
