Your Butlers are expert hosts—there to serve drinks, snap photos, hype up the energy, keep things clean, lead party games, and make sure no one’s glass (or mood) runs low. Whether they’re the life of the party or blending into the background is totally up to you.

Can I request a specific Butler?

You can absolutely make a request! While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to match you with your preferred Butler or a team with a similar vibe.

What should I have ready before the Butlers arrive?

A private rental home (like an Airbnb or VRBO) is ideal—especially one with a pool or patio space for entertaining. Be sure to stock your favorite drinks and snacks—our Butlers serve and assist, but don’t provide alcohol or catering.

What do the Butlers bring?

Butlers arrive ready to work their magic—with party energy, a portable speaker, games in mind, and everything needed for elevated hosting. No props or gimmicks—just great vibes and professional service.

Are there any location limitations?

We serve private residences in our core area (let us know where you’re staying). Events outside this zone may incur a travel fee depending on distance. Note: We do not service hotel or public pools due to liability and access restrictions.

What do the Butlers wear?

Our standard look is polished: clean polos and party-ready shorts or swim trunks. We can also coordinate with your party theme (just give us a heads-up!). Classy, never cheesy.

How many Butlers are included?

Most bookings start with 2 Bungalow Butlers, perfect for smaller to mid-size groups up to 24 guests. We’re happy to recommend the right number based on your party size and flow.

How many Butlers should I book for a big group?

We suggest adding a third Butler for parties over 16 guests, and an extra for every 6–8 guests beyond that. More Butlers = more seamless service and more fun for everyone.
