Frozen Bliss AZ Mobile Bevies: Bringing the Party to You!

The beauty of our Frozen Bliss bar is that absolutely no bartender is needed! We are a self-serve bar so you can skip the expensive bartender fee’s & the awkwardness of telling your guests to bring cash to tip. Part of the Frozen Bliss experience is stepping up to the bar and building your drink, your way! However, for larger events of 60+ guests and weddings, we do offer refills to make sure the frozen fun never ends.

BOTH! We can set-up inside or outside, whichever you prefer! We just simply ask to be located near a power source (just a regular outlet).

The minimum is a 1-3 hour serving period, and the maximum is a full day! A full day would require refills which we will take care of for you so you don’t have to worry about operating our machine. We do allow multi-day events with a full break-down at the EOD so we can properly clean the equipment and return the next day to get the party started again!

After filling out our inquiry form and receiving an estimate, we email an invoice and vendor contract. A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required for all bookings. It’s important to note that your date is not held by just filling out an inquiry form!

We accept all debit & credit cards and Zelle payments. You’ll make payments online through our Square portal so you have records of your payments & copies of receipts. You also have the option to make partial payments and we can adjust your final payment date if need be! All invoices will be paid in full prior to your event date, so once that special day is here, you don’t have to worry about us pulling you away from your guests for payment reasons.

Honest, no! We have served at watch parties of 7 bros, pool parties of 10 girls, and birthday parties of 75 guests. Truth be told, any group size can party. We’re here to make sure your party is memorable and your crew is cooled down!

That's up to you!! All of our beverages are standard non-alcoholic, and alcohol can simply be added into any flavor at the hosts’ expense. When you select “Alcoholic” or “One of Each” in the inquiry form, you are letting us know that you plan on purchasing & providing alcohol to add in. We'll communicate the amount needed for your group size once you're booked so you're not guessing!

Unfortunately, in order to comply with the AZ Dept of Liquor License & Control, we cannot purchase or provide alcohol for events. We must operate as a “Dry Hire”, which means the host can purchase and provide the alcohol, and we can serve it. Alcohol costs are purposely left out of our estimates to allow the host to purchase at their leisure.

Once you select your beverage flavors, we will recommend which liquor/bubbly options are best for you to purchase to provide. You may also choose to leave any bottles on our bar instead of mixing them in the frozen beverage machine so your guest's can add floaters or shots! This tends to be the most cost-effective option for groups.

Once booked, we share our beverage flavor menu with you and collect 2 flavor choices from you! We also accept custom flavor requests.
