How many passengers can your boats accommodate?

Accepted Answer

Duffy Boat: 8 to 12 Passengers depending on the boat size rented
Cycle Boat: 16 Passengers

Question 2

Do I need a boating license or driving license?

Accepted Answer

No – we provide a boaters safety training course to all renters to ensure safe operation on the water. Additionally, we have an full-time safety and support boat on the water to monitor and assist if needed.

Question 3

Are kids allowed aboard? Do you provide life jackets?

Accepted Answer

We provide life jackets and all safety equipment for all ages and sizes, children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket at all time aboard the boat.

Question 4

Are dogs allowed and is there a pet cleaning fee/deposit?

Accepted Answer

We love having pups along for the adventure!! We recommend bringing dog life jackets as we do not provide them. We provide cleaning supplies if needed, but if the boat is returned extra dirty we will charge a $25 cleaning fee. Service animals are allowed with no extra fee.

If the weather looks bad can we cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Safety is our number 1 priority, we want to make sure that everybody has a safe and fun experience on the water with us! We do not send boats out in heavy fog, rain or wind over 13 mph sustained. If weather impacts your booking we are happy to reschedule or offer a 100% refund.

Question 6

Is food and drink allowed on the boat? Is catering or food delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Feel free to bring any food or drink of your choosing. We also partner with several local resturants, with an order 24 hours in advance we will have the food in your boat ready for you at the time of your rental!
