You and your group will take to the sparkling waters of Lake Pleasant aboard one of Westside Recreation’s diverse, high-quality boats, from pontoons and speedboats to large party barges. Cruise the lake, blast your favorite music through the Bluetooth sound system, soak up the sun under shade canopies, splash off slides, tow tubes and wakeboards, and make memories that last a lifetime. Where Do We Go When We Arrive?
Westside Recreation meets you at the Lake Pleasant Regional Park – 10 Lane Boat Ramp Parking Lot. (Do NOT go down to the water.) Staff will greet you, review safety info, load your gear, and launch you into the lake.
Can I Bring Food & Drinks on the Boat?
Yes! You can bring snacks and drinks — but avoid messy, melting, or staining foods (e.g., chocolate or Cheetos) to prevent permanent stains and potential cleaning fees. Grills are not allowed on the boats.
What Add-On Toys Do You Offer?
Two-Person Tubes (includes rope; 2 riders max) AquaMats — soft floating islands for chill lounging Mission Mats — firmer floating platforms for more active use Add-ons are limited, so let Westside Recreation know early if you want them included.
Can I Bring My Own Tube?
Yes — but it must be no larger than a 2-person tube if you plan to pull it behind the boat.
Can We Have More Guests Than Capacity Listed?
No — you may not exceed the maximum passenger capacity on any boat. This includes everyone on board (even children). Boats over capacity will not be launched.

Do I Need a Special License?
No special boating license is required in Arizona to operate one of these boats. You do need a valid driver’s license, and you must be 21 or older to captain the boat.
Do You Have Captains?
Yes — captain services are available if booked in advance. Captains are $40 per hour, paid directly to the captain.
