We had a great time! It was so easy to meet up with the guys delivering the boat, we all loaded on and they backed us into the water. Same thing on the way out. The boat was in great shape and all the amenities were included. It was a great day.

Super amazing day rented a two-story boat with a slide took all the little ones. We went on a Monday. The lake was empty. It was fantastic. The staff was awesome. They answered any questions that we had along the way in a super timely manner. Can't wait to do it again.

The boat was great, they made it super easy to get out on the water. There was some initial confusion getting hooked up with them because they forgot our tube and were running late, but once we found each other we were very happy with the service.

The whole experience was great! Easy to book, meet up place was easy to find, instructions were easy to understand and the people were all great! Everything went smoothly, however the only part that was a little confusing was at the end when we got picked up, which is understandable, there are multiple pontoons, boats etc. being picked up at the dock and it can get a little confusing as to who is going first. But other than that we Loved it, we all had a great time! We will definitely keep renting from here in the future! Thank You guys!

West Side recreation is the way to go for a boat rental. I have rented boats in the past with other companies and had horrible experiences. West side recreations was a breath of fresh air. All of their boats are in pristine condition. The communication is wonderful and all of the staff are very helpful and pleasant. We rented the Bentley Tri toon and it was perfect for 13 people to fit comfortably. It was completely shaded, awesome stereo, plenty of room and the ride was fast and smooth! We also rented the large matt and it was so much fun to relax on with my girls in the lake. I will only rent from them moving forward.

Where Do We Go When We Arrive?

Westside Recreation meets you at the Lake Pleasant Regional Park – 10 Lane Boat Ramp Parking Lot. (Do NOT go down to the water.) Staff will greet you, review safety info, load your gear, and launch you into the lake.

Can I Bring Food & Drinks on the Boat?

Yes! You can bring snacks and drinks — but avoid messy, melting, or staining foods (e.g., chocolate or Cheetos) to prevent permanent stains and potential cleaning fees. Grills are not allowed on the boats.

What Add-On Toys Do You Offer?

Two-Person Tubes (includes rope; 2 riders max) AquaMats — soft floating islands for chill lounging Mission Mats — firmer floating platforms for more active use Add-ons are limited, so let Westside Recreation know early if you want them included.

Can I Bring My Own Tube?

Yes — but it must be no larger than a 2-person tube if you plan to pull it behind the boat.

Can We Have More Guests Than Capacity Listed?

No — you may not exceed the maximum passenger capacity on any boat. This includes everyone on board (even children). Boats over capacity will not be launched.

Do I Need a Special License?

No special boating license is required in Arizona to operate one of these boats. You do need a valid driver’s license, and you must be 21 or older to captain the boat.
