Join us for an authentic culinary and cultural experience as you learn to cook traditional Mexican dishes, from scratch, using the freshest ingredients.

Our mission is to be ambassadors of Mexican culture and preserve the warm, familiar feeling that traditional Mexican cuisine creates. That’s why we share the recipes learned from our mothers and grandmothers, the flavors that we grew up with, as well as the heartfelt emotions that have made these traditional flavors continue generation to generation.

• Our meeting location in downtown Cabo San Lucas is just 5 min away by walk from the Marina Area.
• Food preferences: We accommodate vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free

We have a different menu every day:

• Monday: Mole sauce, rajas poblanas, 3 different salsas, and queso fundido.
• Tuesday: Tamales (chicken, pork, or vegetarian), Mexican refried beans, pico de gallo, poblano chile sauce, guacamole, and homemade tortillas.
• Wednesday: Beef birria, adobo sauce, 3 different salsas, poblano sauce, pico de gallo, tortillas, and guacamole.
• Thursday: Paella, seafood dishes, queso fundido with shrimp, guacamole, and picaditas.
• Friday: Carnitas and al pastor taco feast, 3 different salsas, tortillas, and Mexican refried beans.
• Saturday: Chiles rellenos, enchiladas, sopes, salsas, and guacamole.
