The Delta is the most affordable captained vessel in the Mutineers fleet — built for medium sized groups, families, wedding parties, and companies of up to 30 guests who want a private yacht day on Lake Lewisville. With stellar locations like Party Cove, Goat Island, or the Swisher bridge your group will get a great view if lake Lewisville. It’s the right choice when your group is large enough that a 56-foot yacht feels like just the right touch, but you still want a USCG-captained experience with swim access and water toys included.

DJ and Audio Options

• Limited space onboard for DJs and their equipment

• No specific allocation for DJ equipment, and power requirements may not be met

• Recommended: Download music to a phone or flash drive for playback through the boat audio system

• Accommodating a DJ may require reducing passenger capacity by five

• DJ equipment must not interfere with boat operations or the captain

What Is Not Provided

• All participation in water activities is at the guest's own risk

What Is Not Allowed

• No red-colored drinks, liquids, or jello shots (to prevent staining fiberglass)

• No rice (to prevent fouling water systems and decking)

• No heels; flat footwear only for safety

Additional Fees and Cleaning Policy

• Fees for misconduct: excessive mess cleaning, hazardous bodily fluid cleanup, carpet steam and stain removal, trash removal

• Excessive mess cleaning fee: $150

• Hazardous bodily fluid environmental sanitation fee: $250

• Carpet steam and stain removal fee: $125

• Trash removal fee: $40

• All fees charged against the deposit; fees are non-negotiable

Custom Cruises

• Custom cruises may be negotiated for durations of 3 hours, 6 hours, dinner cruises, or overnight stays

Safety and Life Preservers

• Adult and child life preservers provided

• Advance notice required for large numbers of children or plus-size life preservers

Lake Lewisville Charter Details

• Captain will charter group anywhere on Lake Lewisville within the allotted time

• Swimming may be permitted at the final destination

• No lifeguard; all passengers swim at their own risk

• Children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times

Food and Beverage Policy

• No restrictions on food or non-alcoholic drinks brought aboard

• Alcoholic beverages allowed for passengers over 21 years old only

• No one under 21 may consume alcohol

• Contact the captain for questions or clarification before your event

Recommended Supplies

• Bring plenty of fresh water for drinking and washing up

Vessel Credentials and Liability

• Staffed with a fully credentialed U.S. Coast Guard captain with over 35 years of experience

• Vessel is fully insured, registered, and safety inspected by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and U.S. Coast Guard

• Liability waivers must be signed before or on the day of the charter

• Medical waiver required for pre-existing conditions

Service Availability

• Service is available seven days a week

• Monday through Thursday: 1 PM to 11:59 PM

• Friday: 1 PM to 2 AM

• Saturday: 8 AM to 2 AM

• Sunday: 8 AM to 11:59 PM
