Yes - to make the most of the activities, it is recommended to leave as early as 7:00,  7:30 or 8 am

Is transportation provided from my hotel in Cancun or Playa del Carmen?

Accepted Answer

Our transportation will pick you up at your hotel or condo main door.  And for hotels with limited vehicle access ( e.g. Quinta Avenida Playa del Carmen), we will meet you in the closest meeting point.

Is there a guide included in the tour, and are they knowledgeable about the history of Chichen Itza?

A certified tour guide is included in the Private Guided Tour and the all-inclusive options

Are there any restrictions or requirements for swimming in the cenote?

Accepted Answer

It is imperative to use a live vest in the cenote as a safety measure.  When you take the guided or all-inclusive options the life vests are included in Cenote Cuckum

What type of lunch is provided, and are dietary restrictions accommodated?

In the guided tour and all-inclusive options, the lunch is buffet style featuring Mexican and Yucatan peninsula dishes garnished with fresh salads, boiled vegetables, rice & beans, lime soup, assorted desserts, flavored water, and coffee.

For private services cancellation received less than 48 Hours before the services begin: You will be charged 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation received 24 hours before services begin: You will be charged 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation received 24 hours or less before the service no refunds will apply. You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund) .
• Cancellation the day of the services or after: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Are there any additional costs or taxes not mentioned in the tour description?

Express Option. Does not include Guide. You can hire a guide on site from 60 usd. Entrance fee to Chichen Itza, you can buy tickets upon arriving at the archaeological site

In the Guided option the entrance fee/ State tax is not included, you can buy tickets upon arriving at the archaeological site
