Each flower wall is 8 ft tall and about 8 ft wide. We’ll confirm placement and space requirements before your event.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
How do I reserve a wall?
Simply reach out with your event date, venue, and rental length. A signed agreement and deposit secure your booking.

When do you set up?
We’ll ask you for a day-of point of contact (POC) to coordinate both setup and breakdown times. Typically, setup happens 1–2 hours before your rental begins, and breakdown takes place immediately after your rental ends unless otherwise arranged.
What if a permit is required?
If your venue or event location requires a permit for setup (such as outdoor spaces, parks, or public areas), it is the client’s responsibility to secure and provide proof of the permit before the event date. We’re happy to provide details about the wall’s size and setup needs to help with your application.
