Loved this class! Chef Felix and his assistant were both so helpful and patient. Chef Felix was able to work with students at all different levels, while maintaining a sense of humor. He kept the class going and the time flew by. I would definitely recommend this class. I had made macarons but Chef Felix gave us some really valuable tips that explained why my past macarons did not work out.

Chef was great! He explained the process very well, lead by example, and visited all tables to assist. Very cool experience, learned a few cooking tips as well.

Chef Felix was awesome. He’s personable, down to earth, and was a great teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge and it shows. Chef was supportive and enthusiastic. He made class fun and made it easy to learn the methods. All in attendance seemed to enjoy the class and Chef Felix’s way of being. AND the macaroons came out excellent!

The class was well organized, the instructor was funny and very helpful. Class mates we fun and overall we had a wonderful time. We each left the class with a box of tasty macacroons.(much to our delight and surprise)
