Weather Cancellation Policy:

You are eligible for a 100% refund or the option to reschedule if:

• There is an 80% or higher chance of rain on the day of your rental, based on the average forecast during your rental period. This is determined using the Miami Beach location on the Google Weather app.
• Winds are forecasted to be 25 mph or higher on the day of your rental, based on the average forecast during your rental period. This is also determined using the Miami Beach location on the Google Weather app.

In any other situation, both parties must agree on a fair resolution.
