Hat Selection – Choose your base from a curated range of western silhouettes — classic cowboy, wide-brim, fedora — each available in premium felt, straw, or leather in a variety of colors.
Shaping & Fit – A Mavericks specialist measures your head and hand-shapes the hat to your preferred style, whether that's a traditional western curve, a pinched crown, or something more contemporary.
Full Customization – Add hatbands, conchos, feathers, leather trim, pins, or embroidered initials — every embellishment is applied in-house by someone who knows exactly what they're doing.
Final Review & Finishing – Before you take it home, you and your guide review every detail together and make any last adjustments until the hat is exactly right.
