Cancellation Policy - Full refund (minus a 3% card fee) for non-weather cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead; a $100 fee applies within 48 hours.
Weather Cancellations - Full refund (minus the 3% fee) if canceled at least 3 hours before your reservation; no refund once you've arrived at the setup.
Add-On Refunds - Add-ons are refunded automatically whenever your reservation qualifies for a full refund.
Duration - Reservations run 7 hours, giving your group a full day on the beach without a rushed teardown.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is my rental?
Day rentals are from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, and sunset setups are from 6:00 PM–9:00 PM. Additional time may be available for day rentals for $50/hour.
How do I book?
Please book at least 16 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, email gracie@nantucketcabana.com to check availability. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
How will I know where to go?
We'll set up your cabana before you arrive and text you the exact pinned location on the day of your booking.
Do I need to be there for setup?
No! We'll have everything ready before you arrive, so you can simply show up and enjoy your setup.
Do I need to check out before leaving?
Yes. When you're ready to leave, text (508) 257-1559 to let us know. You don't need to wait for our team to arrive.

What can I take with me when I leave?
Your souvenir cups, snacks, and drinks are yours to keep. Please leave all other items, including the cabana, chairs, towels, coolers, blankets, games, speakers, tables, and baskets. Trash can be left in the provided waste baskets.
Can I leave my cabana during the day?
Yes! You're welcome to leave and explore Nantucket, but Nantucket Cabana is not responsible for unattended belongings. Secure your valuables and lower the umbrellas before leaving, and text (508) 257-1559 if you're done for the day.
Can I extend my reservation?
Possibly! Additional time may be available for $50/hour for day rentals, depending on availability. Any extra time will be charged to the card on file.
What happens if the weather changes?
We monitor the weather and wind conditions before your reservation. If strong winds are expected, cabanas and umbrellas may remain lowered. If rain starts during your reservation, lower the umbrellas before leaving and text our team. Weather-related cancellations follow our cancellation policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
For non-weather cancellations made more than 48 hours before your reservation, you'll receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 3% booking fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before incur a $100 cancellation fee. Weather cancellations made at least 3 hours before your reservation receive a full refund minus the 3% fee; cancellations made less than 3 hours before are non-refundable. If rain starts after you've arrived, refunds are not issued.
