It’s Country Custom — Build-A-Bear for Baddies. You and your crew will step up to our interactive styling station and build a totally custom look from scratch — think cowboy hats and trucker hats decked out with premium bands, hat chains, charms, and patches, plus a full charm bar to bling out your boots and hats. Create your own boot bows on-site with our Boot Bow Bar — the ultimate finishing touch for any country look. We also brand hats and boots, and offer denim and tote patching, plus bandana chains decked with charms. Pick your pieces, mix your vibe, and watch us press and assemble everything on-site while you laugh, snap photos, and party — where country meets creativity.

  • We require a minimum setup area and access to power (if applicable) for our equipment

  • If the event location or layout changes after booking, please notify us in advance so we can adjust accordingly

What is your travel area?

We have footprints throughout the state of CA, from Orange Country, San Diego, the Bay Area, to the Sacramento Area!

What’s included in the base package?

Our base package includes on-site customization, setup, and staff. Specific items (patches, charms, boot bows, etc.) may be priced separately depending on your event needs.

How much space do you need for setup?

We typically need a table space of about 6–8 feet, plus room for guests to line up. We can increase our footprint to a 20x10 foot set-up or bigger! We can adjust based on your venue layout.

Do you need electricity or tables?

We usually need a standard table and access to electricity for our equipment. If your venue can’t provide this, let us know and we’ll work it out.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date based on availability.
