Private beach bonfire setup! Arrive to a professionally prepared bonfire complete with seating, lighting, and an on-site fire attendant who manages the experience from start to finish.
Personalized sand artwork! The Good Vibes team creates a custom message or design in the sand, making the evening feel uniquely tailored to your celebration.
S'mores included! Marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate, and roasting sticks are provided, so your group can immediately settle in and start making memories around the fire.
Ambient beach atmosphere! Tiki torches and a Bluetooth speaker help create the perfect setting for music, conversation, and sunset views along the Gulf Coast.
Space to celebrate! A six-foot table with linens provides plenty of room for food, drinks, gifts, or decorations you choose to bring.

Additional information:
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure permits and reserve your date.
Final payment is due within 14 days of the scheduled event.
Glass containers are prohibited on all permitted beach locations.
Beach bonfire permits are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages for the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation and Refund Policy?
Sometimes plans change, We get it! We try our best to accommodate each situation. The $175 Deposit is non-refundable, as county permits are non-refundable. If you cancel your event more than 3 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund minus the deposit. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event, even due to weather.
What happens if it rains during our scheduled event?
We try our best to accommodate your event during Inclement weather. Safety is our top Priority! Often times we can adjust the start time for the event the same day. We can also move the event to another day with an additional permit fee. We are unable to refund within 24 hours due to inclement weather, however we will work with you the best we can.
What Beach Access do you setup at?
We can hold your Bonfire event anywhere from East Bay County (Mexico Beach, Port St Joe) to Miramar Beach and the West Side of Walton County. Please specify your location so we can find the best and closest available beach access for your convenience. We serve Panama City Beach, Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach. We can Deliver and Setup Beach Chairs and Accessories in Bay County and Inlet Beach.
What is included in your Beach Bonfire Packages?
We have several packages to choose from for every group size! Each Package includes professional setup and breakdown, waste management, Tiki Torches, Personalized Message in the Sand, Bluetooth Speaker, and a dedicated Fire Attendant. Our Good Vibes and Great Vibes Packages include additional Tiki Torches, and a cornhole set. All Packages include S’mores!
Can you hold events for groups larger than 25?
We sure can! We can hold your event for large family gatherings, weddings, corporate events and team building, Sports Team events, etc. Additional permitting is required for groups over 30 people.
