You have the option of reserving a charter with either a deposit of $1,000 USD + fees or you can pay in full at the time of booking. If you book with a deposit, final payments are due 15 days prior to the sailing date.

Depending on the size of your group, we can arrange either an SUV, sprinter, or coach to collect you and your guests from your hotel and take you directly to the main marina, where you will be greeted by your host who will escort you onboard the charter. Please note that there are rates associated with these transfers. Any yacht charters that are forced to cancel due to weather conditions are 100% refundable. We only coordinate transportation from the hotel to the marina and back to the hotel.

Our charter boats are not designed or equipped for an overnight charter. All our boats are designed for luxury boating experiences and only operate during the day and for sunset cruises.

All our boats are equipped with a high-quality sound system with Bluetooth connectivity for any device to play your playlist.

All yacht charters offer a variety of activities and experiences. All charter activities include snorkeling gear, two paddleboards, a floating water mat, and whale watching during the season (only on Pelican 17).

The Sea of Cortez is an amazing marine life sanctuary, filled with blue whales that come through during their migration from January to March. Schools of manta rays feed throughout the day, and you'll see beautiful schools of bottlenose dolphins in the wild, seals, triggerfish, and parrotfish. The best part is that you can get up close and personal with some of our marine friends right there in the water. You will also visit Land’s End, the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, the Sea Lion Colony, Lover's Beach for snorkeling, and Pelican Rock.

Pelican X has 1 restroom, plus one specially designed for men's use. Pelican 11 has 2 restrooms. Pelican 17 has 2 restrooms, plus one specially designed for men's use.

We do NOT allow guests to bring their own food and drinks on board due to limited space, refrigeration, and heating facilities. We prefer that you select from our menu options, which we can adjust and modify to accommodate any dietary requirements.

All our charters include standard minimal catering, which is included in the rate. We also offer upgraded food and beverage packages, which are more robust and can be modified or curated to your taste and dietary requirements.

Yes, kids are welcome on board as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We also have life vests on board for children's safety.

We can reschedule your charter to a different day or offer a full refund.

Please note that all charters have stairs to board, and Pelican 17 requires stairs to access the restrooms.
