Experience Breakdown: What to Expect (Steps 1–5)

1. Personalized Planning Phase

• Guests receive an Intention Questionnaire before the event.

• Choose custom scents, design unique labels, and add affirmations, scripture, or personal mantras.

2. Hands-On Candle Creation

• Kay Meets Flame sets up a full candle bar at your location.

• An expert host guides your group through a fun, energetic candle-making workshop.

3. Guided Affirmation Circle

• Set intentions for the next chapter.

• Release stress, baggage, and anything that no longer serves you.

• Connect deeply with your group through meaningful conversation and shared energy.

4. Curated Comforts: Snacks & Drinks

• Enjoy curated lite bites and premium beverages during the experience.

• Sip, snack, relax, and celebrate while creating your intention candle.

5. Take Home Your Glow

• Every guest takes home their custom intention candle.

• A powerful keepsake and daily reminder of the joy, connection, and healing shared.

Payment & Booking

• Your event date is secured once full payment is received.

• Full payment (based on confirmed guest count) is required upfront to begin customization.

• Dates remain tentative until payment is processed.

• Payment accepted via website checkout or Zelle on request.

Guest Count / RSVP

• Guest count at checkout becomes the minimum charge, even if fewer attend.

• Adding guests 5 days–96 hours before event: Standard rate (~$85) + $10 surcharge; personalization not guaranteed.

• No new guests may be added within 96 hours (4 days) of the event.

Cancellation Policy

• 4–3 days prior: $100 cancellation fee; remainder refunded.

• Within 72 hours: 50% refund.

• Within 48–24 hours: No refunds due to finalized prep.

Age & Alcohol

• Under-21 guests can participate fully in candle-making and lite bites but cannot be served alcohol.

Safety & Liability

• Guests must follow all safety instructions for hot wax and tools.

• Event host must sign a Liability Waiver.

• Host must ensure the venue is safe and suitable for candle-making.
