Splash & Sculpt: Private Aqua Barre/Yoga Session for Your Squad

What you'll do:

It’s a Barre class... in the pool! Grab your crew and get ready to splash, sculpt, and sweat (just a little) in this one-of-a-kind workout. We’ll use the buoyancy of the water to take it easy on your joints while still giving you a killer burn—perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Before we dive in, we’ll warm up on land with Barre balls and sliding discs to get that signature “Barre burn” going. Then it’s into the water to soak up the Arizona sunshine and move like you’ve never moved before. Ready to make a splash?

About this experience partner:

Siren Yoga has been in the business for a very long time, we have all of the instructors trained and ready to go. Arizona provides the perfect weather for this type of experience all year long! Most pools are heated!

Additional information:

• Please check the weather! In our hottest months (May-August), we suggest booking pool classes much earlier in the morning (even in the evening, Arizona tends to hold on to those hotter temps)
