The Party Bus experience was not professional. The crew had attitudes and we were scheduled at 11am and didn't board the bus until 1am. The crew gave us two options without any explanation, once we got to our destination, there were no free drinks or VIP Packages given. Again this was the party bus experience not the pool party experience.

During the planning process for the trip, I thought the man I was communicating with was so great and helpful. Once we got there he started telling me other options we can do that aren’t on the Bach app but did not explain to us that we were not getting what we paid for on the Bach app as well as what we added on. Instead we paid more money and he refused to give us any money back when we did not get the night experience promised. Honestly I can say he ruined our last couple days out there.
