How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to secure your date, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our schedule allows.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We deliver and can provide full setup depending on your event needs. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our Knoxville location.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We take allergies seriously and prepare those meals separately with strict cross-contamination precautions. Please note, however, that we are not a certified allergen-free facility.
What areas do you serve?
We cater throughout East Tennessee, including Knoxville, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and surrounding areas. For events outside this radius, additional travel fees may apply.
Do you provide plates, utensils, or serving equipment?
Boards include disposable serving utensils upon request. If you’d like an elevated presentation with serving ware, stands, or decor, we can add that for an additional styling fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days result in forfeiture of the deposit due to prep and supply commitments.
Do you offer custom themes or designs?
Yes, we specialize in personalization! Whether it’s a bridal color palette, seasonal vibe, or brand-themed event, we tailor every detail to match your vision.
How long will the food stay fresh?
Boards are prepared fresh the day of delivery and remain optimal for up to four hours when properly chilled or displayed indoors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and major credit cards. A 50% deposit secures your booking,
