Scott is a great chef/instructor. My friend and I had a great time, we learned some savvy tips and tricks (e.g., how to prevent crying when chopping an onion), and the ravioli and bolognese sauce was very good. We plan to attend more classes with Scott in the future.

Chef Scott was exceptional. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew this class was going to be right up our alley. And that says a lot, because my friend and I are not chefs by any means. He had fantastic energy, expertise, and patience. I loved his dialogue because I learned a LOT of fun facts and just basic cooking skills I wouldn’t have otherwise ever known. Like how to actually cut an onion??? Incredible. His instructions were easy to follow and we felt supported throughout the entire class. I fully expected not to be able to eat the sauce, as I am a vegetarian, but he made me my own batch of meat-free sauce. Can’t wait to take another class with chef Scott!
