We offer an Infrared Sauna (solo pod & 2-person cabin) and cold plunge tub (38-40 degrees) and have the option to swap a sauna session out for our heatless Red Light Therapy bed.

Additional information:

  • Come as hydrated as you can! water and electrolytes can be purchased in-studio so bring cash or a card
  • Sauna: Bring loose-fitting clothing to put on after your session
  • Cold plunge: Bring a bathing suit or shorts & sports bra (we provide towels)
  • We provide sound machines in every room, but for a more personalized experience please bring headphones
