What you'll do:

Create a unique, fully customizable western-style hat with our pop-up hat bar! We offer over 100 styles & colors of hats, plus thousands of accessories & add-ons for you to choose from! Hats are customized by you, and crafted by our skilled hat maker right before your eyes! Our mission is to ensure EVERYONE finds their perfect hat! We offer an assortment of packages to fit everyone's budget & preferences. We are a traveling hat bar, meaning we will pop up at any location of your preference! We also team up with local chefs & sommeliers to bring you optional upscale charcuterie & wine tasting experience packages to enhance any of our hat bar events, as well as hand-crafted clothing & jewelry pop-up boutique options!

Howdy! I'm Alysia, the owner and hat maker behind The Daytona Mimosa! I started this dream of mine a few years back due to my love of slow fashion and hand-crafted hats. I grew up in Tampa and love my city & surrounding cities, but realized we had one BIG problem! We had no hat bars! So I set out on a mission, to bring quality, custom hats, made for and wearable by everyone, to the greater Tampa Bay & surrounding areas. Over the years, this dream has grown and expanded to what it is now. Offering unique and memorable hat bar experiences, as well as offering a vast assortment of party enhancements to create the absolute perfect day for you and those most important to you! The perfect hat is not only an accessory but a wearable memory that will last a lifetime. I cannot wait to create these memories with AND for you!

• Pricing is all inclusive- price per person includes securing your reservation, the hat making experience, and the cost of your hat.
• Gratuity is greatly appreciated but not required!
• Hat bar times may vary depending on several attendees! We want to make sure everyone's hat is just the way they like it, so we don't stick to a strict time frame unless requested by the party.
• Please let us know in advance if there's anything we can do to make your day extra special!
