Tiki-Style Party Boat Cruises: Bachelor/ette & Wedding Events

I was treated to an excursion by a friend for my upcoming birthday. Cannot think of a better time I've had recently ... from the companionship, the interaction with the crew, talking with our boatmates, and playing their own onboard games --- the crew gave their all!!! The wine tasting was superb ... especially with the captain providing his thoughts on the variety. Truly -- due yourself a favor and treat someone ... you won't forget the experience!

Dale and Mindy are amazing. They made for such a fun atmosphere of the boat during their 21+ evening cruise and I plan to come back! They made a point to take song requests and cater to the fact there was a birthday on board! In addition to all of that, there drinks were soooooo reasonably priced. I can’t say enough about how fun this was and how much I recommend it!

Went on the Palapa Party cruise for my wife's birthday and had a blast. The staff were friendly, attentive and kept us entertained the whole time. SO MUCH FUN!

Super fun and easy river cruise! Perfect for our small group celebrating a friend’s birthday. Portland is absolutely stunning when seen from the water! A highlight was going beneath all the bridges. The staff is fun and friendly, the music is laid back, everyone has a relaxing time. Drinks and snacks are available on board for purchase.

The views were fantastic as we cruised past Portland’s skyline and bridges in the afternoon sun—bright, breezy, and beautiful. Highly recommend... So much fun!!

Island Style charters is the most fun I've ever had on the Willamette river. It's basically a giant floating tiki bar with entertainment. you can play games, win, prizes, learn, interesting facts, and hear some really great jokes while gliding down the river in a giant party boat. Love the bartender and the host we just had such a great time. Highly recommended!

This boat tour was the perfect ending event for my bday weekend in Portland. I love that it is family run and has a laidback vibe with the tiki boat theme. The length of tour was just right and the views from the boat were stunning! Plenty to do on the boat: great music to relax to, mini golf, plus trivia and fun facts. The drinks and snacks were fairly priced and there was a nice selection. Meetup for the tour was right by our hotel (Kimpton Riverplace) so easy walk to get to as well. Overall such a fun and relaxing experience and the customer service was top notch (special shout to Emmett!) I will definitely book a tour again next time I am in Portland.

Had a wonderful sunset cruise this past weekend with Island Style Charters. We went as an event on a bachelor trip and the hospitality provided by Mindy and Dale was wonderful. Having lived in Portland for nearly a decade, I’ve driven over the Willamette an innumerable amount of times on Portland’s many bridges. However, I’ve never seen the city from the perspective of the river. A unique experience in the city and our group is already talking about coming back for another cruise in the summer!

Such a great time! We used them for part of our friend’s bachelor party weekend and had a great time. Dale and Mindy were a treat to be around, treating us like their own friends and family. The views of Portland from the river were unparalleled. Truly a unique experience and a must-do while in the Portland area!
