What do we wear?

Accepted Answer

Loose clothing.  Yoga clothes.  PJ bottoms.  Be comfy!!!   Bring a layer like a sweatshirt.

How Many People can participate?

Accepted Answer

Groups of 15 on the Beach.  At a Vacation Rental, up to 20.  Larger groups can be discussed.

Question 3

What is provided?

Accepted Answer

We provide a premium water bottle.  Pictures with your group.  Mats for either the beach or a private location.  There are additional add-ons available and happy to work with you to curate your sound bath experience.

Question 4

Is the sound bath accessible for people with mobility issues?

Accepted Answer

Yes, indoor and certain outdoor venues are accessible and can work with you to provide other options to mats.. Please inform us of any accessibility needs when booking so we can ensure comfort.

Are there any health or age restrictions?

Accepted Answer

The experience is designed for adults.  However, it is open to all ages 12 and up within a group with parental permission.   It’s generally safe for most, but if you have sound sensitivities, epilepsy, or are pregnant, consult your doctor first. Let us know about any concerns when booking.

How does this fit into our group vacation itinerary?

The 60-minute session is a great morning, late afternoon, or early evening activity, leaving plenty of time for beach outings, dining, or nightlife. Pair it with yoga, tennis/pickleball, kayaking, or golf for a full wellness day, or schedule it before a group dinner in Fernandina Beach!

The combination of Amelia Island’s tranquil beaches, historic charm, and wellness-focused vibe creates a magical setting. Our sound baths incorporate local elements like sunrise beach views (when possible) and keepsakes inspired by the island’s natural beauty.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.  Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.  Text or call us: 203.512.7448

Question 10

How do we handle payment for a group?

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% deposit and the remainder at seven (7) days out.  Weather cancellations that can't be moved indoors will be provided at 50% refund. You lock in the number of participants at the seven-day period.    We accept Venmo or cash.
