  • Group size: Up to 10 baddies per booking. Bigger crew? I can make it happen for an additional support fee.

  • Sober + safe: This is a sober, safety-led experience to keep everyone glowing, grounded, and safe. If anyone shows up tipsy or altered, they’ll have to sit out (no refunds, babe - fire doesn’t play).

  • Cancellations: Refunds available up to 3 weeks out from your confirmed date. Inside that window, you are welcome to move your booking to a future date.

  • NOTE: All experiences are available USA-wide for an added travel fee.

Do I need any prior experience to join?

Not at all. Whether you’ve never touched fire or you’re a seasoned flow artist, our workshops meet you where you are. We’ll guide you safely and confidently every step of the way.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 or older to participate in Sacred Flames Workshops.

What should I wear?

We’ll provide a full prep guide before class. In short: Comfortable, natural-fiber clothing is best (cotton, linen, leather). Black or darker colors are ideal. Try to avoid synthetic fabrics - they don’t play nice with fire and no hair spray in your hair please.

Is it safe?

Fire is a wild element - there’s never such a thing as “completely safe” when working with it. The point of our practice is to understand its hazards, learn correct protocols, and build confidence through experience. Every participant receives thorough safety briefings, and all fire tools are meticulously maintained. You’ll learn to move with awareness, respect, and skill, developing a deep understanding of how to engage with fire safely while honoring its unpredictable, powerful nature.

How many people are in each class?

Classes are intimate - usually 10 participants max - to ensure you get personalized attention and guidance.

What if I’m nervous around fire?

That’s totally normal! We guide you through breath, movement, and mindset exercises so you feel confident and in flow. Fire can be powerful, and we treat it like a trusted dance partner.

Do i need to bring anything?

Just yourself, curiosity, and an open mind. All fire tools, safety gear, and refreshments are provided.

Can men join?

Our core workshops are designed as women-centered spaces. Occasionally, we offer special events or private sessions that are inclusive of all genders. If your group specifically requests to have men join your experience, we can absolutely accommodate that.

How long is a workshop

Timing can be flexible but workshops typically run between 3-5 hours, depending on the experience you choose and the desired outcome and size of the group.
