What you'll do:

Experience the beauty of Destin from new heights with an exciting parasailing adventure. Professional captains and crew ensure smooth takeoffs, landings, and a thrilling flight over stunning landscapes. For added fun, enjoy the sensation of dipping your feet in the water while soaring. Our boats are Coast Guard inspected, accommodating up to 12 passengers. All flights are led by USCG licensed captains and certified crew who prioritize safety with CPR, First Aid, and drug screening protocols.

Here at Pelican Adventures, parasailing is easy, fun and exciting. Get a birds-eye view of Destin, Florida’s emerald waters while parasailing safely with an experienced captain and mate. We are a Water Sports Industry Association member and our equipment is serviced and/or replaced yearly.

Additional information:

• We fly groups of doubles and triples. Single fliers will be paired with someone on the boat if they don’t weigh enough, depending on winds at that time.

• The maximum weight limit is 450 lbs and minimum is 250 lbs in the chute at one time depending on the wind conditions at the time.

• The total trip time is an hour and a half, flights are approximately 10 minutes.

• We fly FAA regulations’ height of 400 ft above the water.

• According to our insurance policy, flying is not allowed for pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and those weighing less than 50 pounds. To be a spectator on the boat, children must be at least 3 years old and weigh a minimum of 30 pounds. Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited for guests both before and during parasailing, including while on the vessel.

  Waivers: Waivers are required and must be completed by a parent or legal guardian of anyone 17 years and under.

• We encourage booking earlier in the day, water is calmer, visibility is generally better, and more chances of flying on the gulf side. We also sometimes get afternoon winds and showers.
