Guided by our owner and Chief Wine Officer, this curated journey explores a rotating selection of wines from distinctive and lesser-known wine regions around the world - from the classics of Italy and France to high-altitude estates in Argentina and the hidden gems of Lebanon, Slovenia, Morocco, or the Finger Lakes of NY.

As you taste, our Chief Wine Officer will share the stories behind the bottles in a fun, relaxed atmosphere while offering practical tips on tasting and pairing strategies.

Enjoy a flight of 3 curated wines; guests can choose white, red, or a mix of white, red, and rosé. Choose a sweet or savory pairing with your flight of three wines:

• Charcuterie Board: a savory assortment of artisanal meats, cheeses, and accompaniments

• Chocolate Pairing: a decadent selection of fine chocolates, expertly matched to reveal new layers of flavor in each pour.

As Charleston's only self-serve wine bar, Uncork is able to offer a wide variety of unique wines available for a tasting, half glass, or full glass. The luxury tastings also allow guests the ability to try high-end wines without the need to buy an entire bottle. We also provide a full food menu and craft cocktails.
