Not at all! This experience is completely beginner-friendly. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step, so everyone can feel comfortable, confident, and have fun regardless of experience level.

What should I wear to the session?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Heels are optional for pole or lap dance, but you can also go barefoot or wear sneakers for twerking and general movement.

Can we choose our music and LED lighting theme?

Yes! You can select your preferred LED color theme (pink, purple, red, and more), and we’ll play your favorite songs to match the vibe of your group.

Is food and alcohol allowed during the experience?
