• Price includes up to 6 passengers. A 7th passenger may be added for an additional $50.

• BYOB welcome! Guests 21+ may bring beer, seltzers, white or rosé wine, and canned cocktails. No red wine, liquor, or shots. A valid ID is required to consume alcohol.

• Feel free to bring your own snacks or meal. We provide coolers with ice, bottled water, cups, plates, napkins, and utensils.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and a brief safety orientation.

• Connect your phone to our Bluetooth sound system and enjoy your favorite playlist throughout the cruise.

• A private onboard restroom is available for your convenience.

• Wear flat, non-slip shoes (no heels) and dress appropriately for the weather. A light jacket is recommended for evening cruises.

• Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome! (One dog per tour. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket; guests under 30 lbs must bring their own USCG-approved life jacket.)

• Swimming is not permitted during the tour.

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited.

• Guests who appear excessively intoxicated or engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior may be denied boarding or have their tour ended without a refund. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

• We closely monitor weather conditions before every tour. If your trip is canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Parking can be limited, so please allow extra time before your departure.

• To speed up boarding, please complete and bring your signed waiver. Waivers will also be available at check-in if needed.
