How many bottles are in a tasting?

Each tasting begins with 5 bottles, but more can easily be added.

Are the bottles exclusively Champagne?

Depending on the theme selected, bottles can be all champagne or a mix of champagne and sparkling wine

Yes, you can add-on to your experience with charcuterie boards, an oyster shucker, a private chef (from a Michelin star restaurant) and more. We're also happy to provide suggestions for you to supply your own snacks or food.

Champagne makes any event more special and memorable. Uncork bubbles that will change what you think you know about champagne, and discover what quality champagne and sparkling wine are really like.

Led by the owner of Sparkle-ist, a certified Master of Champagne, you and your crew will explore and discover what makes sparkling wine and champagne special with a fun, relaxed and interactive experience. You'll taste and learn about different styles of champagne, learn why champagne is different from Prosecco, why they sparkle, how to comfortably open a bottle, what glassware to use, and how to understand labels to buy or order what you like. No snobby wine speak, just straight talk and information that's actually useful.

Experience and taste limited production bubbles from small producers that you won’t find on a grocery store shelf. Tastings runs two hours, and you’ll have different options to pick a theme that sounds interesting to your group. I bring everything to your location, the bottles, glassware, tasting mats and material. Tons of wine knowledge, or none, doesn’t matter. These tastings are for everyone, at any level, who enjoys a little sparkle.
