Please navigate to our Contact Page and submit your inquiry. Once we receive your request, we will setup an initial phone call with you and see how we can best fulfill your needs! We will then set you up with one of our amazing chefs, depending on the specific style and nature of your event.

How does the payment process work?

With our Chef Collective, we will write you up a menu proposal with a set rate for your event, depending on your group size and meal specifications. We require you to pay half of the total fee in order to secure your date and the second half on the day of your event.

Is there a cancellation period?

Yes! You have up to 2 weeks before your event to receive a full refund. Anything after 2 weeks will be dealt with on a case by case basis, understanding that we are living in complicated times with unforeseen plan changes. We get it!

What if my group size changes before the event?

We base our pricing off of the number of guests at your event. If your group changes in size, it may have a change in your set “per-person” pricing. Just a heads-up, the guest count price will be final 7 days before the event, and no changes can be made after that.

What time does the chef arrive beforehand?

We arrive around 2 hours ahead of your meal to set up and get ready. We do most of the prep work ahead of time, so we do not make a giant mess in your kitchen.

Our recent getaway to Solvang was made even more memorable thanks to the personal chef experience we had at our Airbnb. After a fun-filled day of ostriches and wine tasting with our group of eight friends and three little ones, we were excited for an al fresco twilight dinner while the babies were tucked in for the night. Booking through Santa Barbara Chef Collective was such a breeze--simple, straightforward, and tailor-made for our needs. Choosing the menu was super fun as we were given so many delicious options for each course. Chef Aspyn and her sous chef Alexis arrived right on time and quickly started preparing our feast and setting the table. Not only was every course delicious, but so, so beautifully plated. They also made us cocktails and mocktails (for the pregnant ladies), and kept our wine glasses full throughout the entire evening. It was clear that these chefs are not only skilled but passionate about their craft. To top it all off, the chefs left our kitchen spotless - even washing baby bibs which we really appreciated. This dining experience was the highlight of our trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better meal. If you're considering a personal chef, I highly recommend Santa Barbara Chef Collective--they will without a doubt exceed your expectations!

10000/10 RECCOMMEND SB CHEF COLLECTIVE! Coco is such an amazing business owner, and that showed even more when she hired the perfect chef for our event! Chef Viva is INCREDIBLE! We loved her so much we wanted her to sit down and enjoy the amazing food with us. We could go on and on! Santa Barbara Chef Collective and Chef Coco, where do I even start? One, Chef Coco thank you for making my wife and I's wedding so memorable, I was very fortunate to have you as our chef for our special day and I cannot even express grateful we are and how you will forever hold a special place in our hearts. All I can say is the from the moment I reached and connected with you the experience was amazing and it was so easy and fun to create this menu with you. Chef coco gave so many options, ideas, and was even very accommodating with special requests and even last minute add ons. Chef coco and Kami were timely, professional, sweet, and so kind and they really made an impact on our guest and our day. The food really reflected the ambiance and surpassed our expectations. The menu from start to finish was exquisite. If you are planning your wedding or any event do not hesitate to reach out to Chef Coco or her team at Santa Barbara Chef Collective, they are worth it and will leave an impact on your day. I booked Chef KC through the collective for a gathering of my daughters, grand-daughters and daughter-in-law for my birthday celebration in Santa Ynez. Communicating with Chef KC was so easy. She kept me up to date about her arrival time and left the kitchen spotless. The 3 course meal she prepared was fantastic.....both in presentation and taste. I definitely would book an event with the Collective again and, in particular, will request Chef KC.

A group of 11 of us rented a house in Santa Barbara and this was one of the caterers recommended by the rental agency. We wanted to have one night just at home instead of going into town. I reached out to a few for quotes and SBCC was by far the most flexible and reasonable. Chef Michael curated a healthy family style meal that was full of flavor! He was like a quiet ninja, in and out, leaving the kitchen clean and leftovers packed and put away. We also hired a bartender for a different day through SBCC. Gabe went above and beyond! He mixed a blackberry margarita and a spicy blood orange margarita that kept people coming back for another!
