Ballbusters Self-Defense is a combination of Krav Maga, Jiujitsu, and street tactics to give ladies the utmost confidence before a night out. Your team will pop bottles and balls as you learn to reverse grabs, choke an attacker out, and even some pro wrestling moves! There are prizes, signs, a grape-crushing contest, and giveaways along with a demonstration at the conclusion of class where two ladies have a good old fashioned kick off to decide who kicks the best dick!

About this experience partner:

My name is Jesse and I'm all about fun fitness. I've taught indoor cycling, boxing to people with Parkinson's, self-defense to refugees and survivors of rape, and this is my passion project. I tried pro wrestling but got humbled. This felt like a natural progression. I actually was the victim of assault while driving uber. I felt powerless so I made an attempt to learn some self defense. It's a vital skill that we aren't taught for some reason and this felt like an approachable way to make it fun.

When I'm not getting my balls busted I love to travel. I've been to 40 countries and 48 states. My most recent trip was to Chile where I hiked the O circuit in Torres Del Paine (Patagonia) and trek'd in the Atacama Desert.

My pro wrestling character was an 80s fitness instructor sent from the past to whip the future into shape. I wore a pink unitard or speedo and threw lettuce at the crowd. As a villain I lost most of my matches, but my favorite was a match I had against Moxie Rose, a woman twice my size. She lifted me by my neck and nuts above her head before throwing me out of the ring.

Not able to do bookings over 15 people.
Each participant should be ready to sign a waiver. I don't anticipate any one getting hurt but for my insurance and for photo releases I need to have my bases covered.
There will be partner work as well as practical work on our instructor where you can put your new knowledge to the test.
I recommend athletic clothing and a positive attitude. Bring heels if you have 'em! It's more fun for photos and the finale!
