Celebrate your love story with Alpine Distilling’s exclusive Ever After Custom Gin Experience. This intimate and personalized session invites couples to craft a one-of-a-kind gin to be served on their wedding day. Under the expert guidance of Sara Sergent, Alpine’s Master Botanical Distiller and Warden Rectifier of the London Gin Guild, couples will create a bespoke gin that embodies their unique tastes, memories, and a toast to their future.

During this immersive 2.5-hour journey, guests will explore an enchanting array of botanicals, learning to balance flavors and aromas to design a gin as distinctive as their journey together. Guided by Sara’s expert insights and captivating tales of gin-making traditions, couples will create a recipe that reflects their taste, story, and style. The result is up to eight (8) 750ml bottles ready to be shared with family and friends on their wedding day.

Combining her passion for gin and entrepreneurship, Ms. Sergent co-owns Alpine Distilling alongside her husband, Col. Robert Sergent, who is a master distiller. Together, they wanted to create authentic spirits for those interested in an active and outdoor lifestyle. As flavorists, they were excited to create unique and special offerings in the realm of gin, whiskey, and liqueurs. Since 2016, Ms. Sergent has excelled as a gin distiller, crafting delicious, award-winning spirits that capture the true essence of life in Park City.

Additional information:

Cost: Pricing starts at $2,000 per group of 2-8—includes welcome cocktails, light bites, and up to eight (8) 750ml bottles of bespoke gin. Applicable taxes and gratuity for service are not included. $250 per person for each additional guest up to 10 in total.

The Fine Print: A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Alpine can accommodate up to 10 attendees for this experience. Gin takes three hours to distill following the experience. Guests are responsible for bottle pick-up. Additional bottles can be ordered at least one month in advance of the wedding.
