Everything about Napa-Sonoma Wine Driver was excellent - start to finish. The communication leading up to our event was stellar and gave me complete confidence that our driver would be there at the scheduled time - and he was. Tony was a super nice guy and gave us the freedom to enjoy our tastings without having to worry about driving. An overall excellent experience - would definitely use again when we're back in the area.

I requested a couple quotes for a private wine tour and they were the first to reply. They were very responsive and follow up with emails before the scheduled date. The driver was very professional in a suit. The SUV was nice and clean. You can sync your phone to play your music. The ride from SFO to Napa back SF was smooth and quick. Highly recommended!!

They helped us choose somewhere to stop for lunch each day & gave great advice on what else to do when in Napa. They even put up with our 80s playlists! I booked Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for a bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend. Our driver was Danny and he was wonderful. He showed up on time and was an excellent driver all day long. He was so helpful, taking pictures of our group at every stop. The limo was in excellent condition and it was stocked with water to help us keep hydrated throughout the day. It is our second visit to Napa from San Francisco, last year we found on internet Napa Sonoma Wine tasting driver and the service, communication plus the unit they sent us was AMAZING, this year we went to celebrate my birthday and the experience was even better! The communication was great since the first contact, William our driver was just PERFECT he was 100% paying attention to every detail, we did not have to call him at anytime I do not know how but he was just outside the winery to pikc us up every time! I loved his service, we are already planning our third visit and will be with a private transfer for sure. It is worth it 100%.

I highly recommend using this company. Their prices were super reasonable compared to other companies in the area, super accommodating, and their staff was top-notch. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to a family situation. We were disappointed, but Carmen and Jezell were excellent to work with, they were sympathetic and understanding, and they offered us options. Thank you, Carmen & Jezell. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Initial response and planning conversation was prompt and mindful of budget. Recommended the perfect bus/coach for our party. Driver was on time, sent text updates before arriving and all through the day. Even picked up booze and water for us to stock the cooler on the bus. Would highly recommend and use again

My friends and I had a girls trip to Napa from SF downtown area and everything was seamless! From pick up to drop off! The team was accommodating and patient from start to finish.
