In OCMD, detox to retox is the name of the game! Refresh your body and mind with a private 60-minute group yoga class at a tranquil location of your choice. Move with your breath, realign, and flow to the beat of your favorite songs! It's the perfect way to sweat out a hangover, harmonize the crew, and de-stress! Each session wraps up with soothing cold lavender eye towels, leaving everyone in a yoga-stoned savasana and ready to take on the day!
