Great staff, fair pricing and feel like a new person after a nice relaxing sesh.

We went for a cold plunge after Pilates and it was seriously the best thing I've done for muscle soreness/mental clarity. Besides that, the manager Ivy was working when we went in and the conversation was so delightful her energy was radiating, after our cold plunge she offered us tea (apple cider roobois I believe it was 10/10) and we sat in the lobby, they had oracle cards, books, and she lit incense it was such a relaxing atmosphere, we left with high spirits. Didn't take any pictures but highly recommend.

Cool spot with saunas, cold plunge, and float tanks. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

The float itself is pretty nice. Honestly I haven't been to any others, but I had a relaxing time for most of it. You can turn the lights and songs off if that's what you want. They also have like a starry projection which was definitely the best. After the float you'll need to scrub off to get the salty water from drying in crusts on you. I still found it in my ears hours later, but besides that I was squeaky clean. They offered us fresh mugs of tea at the end. Super nice way to end a relaxation time.

If you are into wellness or a new experience, check it out. The space is well maintained and clean and there is an ambiance you would expect from a place like this. Elijah was super friendly too. If I was a local I would have a membership here.

Best place in town to float. The vibe is welcoming & communal and the awesome staff keeps the ginger-turmeric tea flowing. 👌🏽
